Two Team Play-Off for the 39th Louisiana Senior Four-Ball

Final round results of the 39th Louisiana Senior Four-Ball Championship at Chateau in Kenner, Louisiana.  

Kenner, LA – The 39th Louisiana Senior Four-Ball Championship produced a finish at Chateau Golf and Country Club. After 36 holes, two teams were deadlocked at the top, requiring a playoff to decide the champions.

Robert Garner and Todd Doss and Billy Gabbert and Stan Humphries went head-to-head in two play-off holes, the par 5 18th and the par 3 7th. Gabbert made a 7-footer for birdie to win the Championship. Todd Doss and Robert Garner finished at 2nd place after a tough fight. 

 After a scorecard playoff, Cade Hebert and Blake Dereese took third at 8-under-par leaving Todd McPherson and Bart Dornier for 4th place. John Dupont and Ed Gianelloni stole 5th. 

In the Super Senior Division, Hal Wright and Wade Botts carded 13-under-par for the tournament, having a bogey-free round today and securing their champion status.

Behind them was John Hernandez and Pat Lambert carding a 6-under-par for the championship. In third place, Bill Land and Randy Goff carded 5-under-par.

The Louisiana Golf Association extends its gratitude to Chateau Golf and Country Club and its staff for their hospitality and excellent course conditions throughout the championship.
